Strawberry & Cream Cheese Mo’Mo Bites French Toast
(Trust us. This is the move.)
Some mornings are a “pour cereal and keep it moving” situation.
Other mornings? You want something warm and sweet and kinda special… but you’re still in pajamas and nobody’s trying to do the most.
This French toast is for those mornings.
We’re using Strawberry & Cream Cheese Mo’Mo Bites as the base, and turning them into little golden, crispy-on-the-outside, soft-in-the-middle French toast bites with pockets of strawberry + melty cream cheese. It tastes like you stopped at a bakery. It takes like… ten minutes.
And yes—people will wander into the kitchen like:
“Wait. What are you making?”
What you’ll need
Nothing fancy. Promise.
Strawberry & Cream Cheese Mo’Mo Bites
2 eggs
½ cup milk (or a splash of cream if you’re feeling yourself)
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
Butter or oil for the pan
Extras if you want to get cute: strawberries, powdered sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream. Whatever makes you happy.
How to make it
Mix it up
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Quick dip (don’t soak)
Dip each Mo’Mo Bite in the mix—just a fast dip on each side. You’re coating, not marinating.
Pan time
Heat a skillet over medium and add a little butter or oil.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and warm all the way through.
Top and eat immediately
These are best right off the pan—crispy edges, warm center, good vibes.
Ways to serve it
Brunch energy: fruit + bacon + coffee and suddenly it’s a whole thing
Dessert mode: whipped cream + strawberry syrup = absolutely yes
Kid-approved: cut into little pieces and serve with syrup for dipping
Tiny tip that makes a difference
After dipping, let the Mo’Mo Bites sit for about a minute before they hit the pan.
It helps the coating set so you get that nice crisp outside.
If you try this, we want to see it. Tag us, send a pic, or tell us what toppings you went with (we love a chaotic topping combo).
And if there’s a flavor you want us to turn into a recipe next—say the word.
Best ideas always start in the kitchen.
Happy cooking 💛
